Signup and onboarding
Outcome: you’ll have a Heroic Cloud account, your first organization, and access to the dashboard.
Prerequisites #
- A web browser
- An email address, Google account, or corporate identity provider (for enterprise SSO).
Steps #
Create your account #
- Navigate to the Heroic Cloud dashboard.
- Choose a sign-in method:
- Email and password: register with your email and create a password.
- Google OAuth: sign in with your Google account. Organization-level MFA enforcement doesn’t apply when using OAuth.
- Enterprise SSO (SAML): sign in using your corporate identity provider. Organization-level MFA enforcement doesn’t apply when using SSO.
Complete the onboarding flow #
- Answer the onboarding questions about your studio and use case.
- Create your first organization by providing a name and basic details. The account that creates the organization is automatically assigned the Owner role.
- Optionally add billing details, or skip this step entirely.
Explore the Demo Title #
- If you skipped billing, explore the Demo Title to see how the platform works without creating any billable resources.
Account settings #
Manage your account from the top-right menu:
- Delete account
- Reset MFA
- Manage roles (if in multiple organizations)
- Manage active sessions across browsers
- Update personal details
Verify #
After completing signup, you should have access to the dashboard with your organization name visible and the ability to create titles.
